Practices and Policies
The client is responsible for updating changes in medical conditions and medication and reporting to the therapist. Please inform me if you have become pregnant since your last appointment.
If you provide a doctor’s note recommending massage therapy, fees will be reduced by the amount of sales taxes.
Payment is due when service is rendered.
No inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. The session will end immediately and the client is responsible for full payment of the session and not permitted to return.
Reminders are given the day prior to your appointment. Please let me know if you would prefer e-mail, text message, or phone call and which phone number is preferred for leaving a message or contacting you.
At my discretion, cancellation of your appointment within 4 hours will require collection of a $20 cancellation fee.
The client is responsible for full payment of the scheduled appointment if there is no call and no show for the appointment.
Your appointment time is scheduled specifically for you. If you are late, your appointment will end at its appointed time and the full fee is required.
The client is responsible for payment of any fees incurred if the bank returns the check for insufficient funds.
