The Benefits of Regular Therapeutic Massage

Just like anything positive we do for our bodies, it’s always more beneficial to be proactive instead of reactive.

Regular Massage will:

Improve Circulation

Increase Relaxation by Reducing Stress

Improve Flexibility and Range of Motion

Improve Sleep

Reduce Muscular Pain and Tension

Boost Immune Function

Reduce Blood Pressure

Increase Body Awareness

Help to Prevent Injury

Strengthen Muscles

Please be aware that there are times when you should not receive massage.  Just a few of those include fever, blood clots, uncontrolled blood issues, such as uncontrolled blood pressure issues, uncontrolled diabetes, contagious diseases, open wounds (massage is contraindicated only locally unless other signs of infection are present), and active shingles.  This list is not complete so please discuss with the therapist if you have any questions or concerns.

Some conditions that you may have never thought of as muscular related and massage can help with:

Arthritis Pain Relief

Headache/Migraine Pain

Jaw Pain/TMD

Sinus Draining

Ringing in the Ears

Plantar Fasciitis
